Helen Kersley
Helen was born in Britain. After studying for a BA degree in Economics and Politics at Exeter University, she joined the UK Government Economics Service and worked at the Ministry of Defence before joining Her Majesty's Treasury in 1992 where she specialised in international finance. In 1997 Helen was recruited by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London working firstly as assistant to the UK Director on the Board of the EBRD and then as a risk management adviser to the EBRD's clients in eastern Europe. Helen joined Advocacy International in June 2005 as research fellow.
